your higher mind is the kingdom of god - reality is experienced in your mind. it is where creation happens. you cannot serve both the ego voice and higher mind voice. *the ego has many voices and characters, the higher mind is one. it is connected to the divine mind. 

this is also your higher mind, the voice that speaks to you when the brain and ego are quiet. your I AM is your essence, your being, your true guide. the I AM is gentle and would never say unkind or hurtful things.

your identity, earth-form, physical body and character. it can take on many forms and personalities. it is a construct of your making, a character both inherited and shaped through cumulative experiences. this voice (s) is changing and inconsistent. at times, it is your biggest cheerleader. in other moments, it tells you, you are unworthy, undeserving, etc. yes the ego loves to be stroked, but the ego also loves to attack and blame and shame. the goal is to quiet the ego as much as possible, and recognize when it is activated.

your physical form on earth. if you believe you are human, it is your human body. it can be changed at will. in human form, many reflections will use exercise, food, surgery, medicine - all tools within a system of matter (atoms) to alter the avatar's appearance and state. it is possible to change the appearance and health (state) of the avatar through your higher mind (aka manifestation).
