the placebo is the belief that reinforces the bias. it is confirmation bias on loop. the placebo effect is the nonphysical agreeing to the mode. if you think reading makes you smart. done. if you think being fit makes you healthy. done. but those are beliefs- your belief in them creates the placebo effect, the confirmation bias.
it's not physicality fixing or manipulating physicality (you toiling on earth), it's the nonphysical agreeing to the mode (your avatar believing the method).
